WHAT SIZES DO YOU OFFER?
The Collected Planner launched with our Signature 5.5" x 8.5" size (also known as Junior or Half Letter size) and a limited edition line of A5 accessories for 6-ring binder systems. 
At Collected, we're on a mission to make overwhelm a thing of the past, beginning with the way we shop for planners! 
While we're continually developing new products behind the scenes, we are focused on offering sizes that compliment the space needed to house our productivity-focused action planning system, allowing you to keep all your planning necessities Collected in one place! 


WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
Each of our products ship from our studio in Vancouver, Canada and deliver Canada-wide, to the US, UK, EU and Virgin Islands. 
If your region is not available, please contact us and we will locate the best shipping option to your location.
Please note that international deliveries (outside of Canada and the US) are subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees which are not included in your shipping fee. 


DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS? 
We want you to love your purchase, however, we understand that things change!
If you decide that you'd like to return your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of your delivery for return instructions.

Items eligible for return:
- Delivered within 7 days of getting in touch
- Must be unopened and in the item's original, sealed packaging
- Free from use or damage
- Are not limited-edition or made-to-order items

    WHAT IF THERE'S AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER? 

    • If you need to change your shipping information or make a change to the item(s) you've ordered, please contact us immediately and we will try our best to make this change before your order is processed for shipment. 
    • If your parcel is delayed, be sure to reach out to the shipping company regarding your delivery. 
    • If your parcel is believed to be lost or damaged during shipment, follow the steps included on our order Terms & Conditions page
    • If you've received an incorrect item or are missing an item from your purchase, please contact us and we'll make it right! To expedite your request, be sure to include your order number and the name of the item you should have received. You can also reply directly to your order confirmation email which will have your order details included 


    HOW CAN I BECOME A COLLECTED AMBASSADOR? 
    We're thrilled that you'd like to join the Collected fam! 
    At this time, we're operating a small and intimate quarterly ambassador program with first priority given to our fabulous customers.
