Return Shipping Policies
For orders delivering outside of Canada, please visit our International Shipping Policies Page.
While we hope you love your purchase, we understand that sometimes things change. To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for return instructions and the appropriate return address. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns after this window.
Eligible items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were shipped. A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
